Vintage 90's Rolex COSMOGRAPH DAYTONA White watch dial from #16520. 

This Rolex dial was the most commonly used dial used on the 16520 and therefore the one usually associated with the watch.

The dial the writing was all together and was situated slightly higher than the original dials.

The fonts in all the subdials changed to a more square and bold font was was easier to read.

As mentioned above, less "hash" marks were noted in the minute totalizers.

 

DESCRIPTION :

This dial been retouched with a lacquering process (marks visibles)

Black color, white gold index, tritium applied, white registered, register DAYTONA center in red color.

Stamped "Rolex 3" back side.

Cream color subs dials.

Not luminous.

Please note this dial been relacquered, you can see the marks close to the index (check carefully pictures)

White gold index with tritium dark cream color, not luminous.

In despite of its relaquering, the dial has charm with a nice ink black color and a sexy contrast with cream subdials.

Fits on 4030 automatic Zenith El primero.
