It sets and maintains the plexi while allowing optimal fixation of bidirectional rotating bezel.
It ensures the continuous rotation of the bezel and its insert.it therefore has a dual function of clamping the plexi on the middle part and the mounting bezel.
The retaining is in used cosmetical condition, broken in 2 parts, cannot ensure waterproof (check pictures)
