The terms and conditions for using the Olivares C.S website are detailed below and must be read carefully. We may update these terms regularly, so you should check them before making a purchase. 2. ORDERS
We have taken care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see depend on your monitor’s display and color capabilities. Before placing an order, you must read the following: Delivery Information and Return Policy. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information regarding your order. Once you complete the ordering process, we will send you a confirmation email. This does not constitute order acceptance. The acceptance of the order and conclusion of the contract between you and us occurs upon dispatch of the ordered products to your address, unless we have informed you that we do not accept your order. Non-acceptance of an order may be due to the following reasons: 1. The product you ordered is no longer in stock 2. We were unable to obtain payment authorization 3. A pricing or product description error was identified.

Orders are billed in Euros or Dollars.
4. DELIVERIES
Unless stated otherwise, the standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of the order confirmation email. However, these times may vary and are indicative only. Chrono-Shop commits to processing your orders as quickly as possible. During checkout, you will also be asked to select a preferred delivery method. Responsibility for Chrono-Shop products is transferred to the customer once the carrier delivers the package or hands it over to the recipient. To ensure high quality and fast, efficient delivery, we work with specialized delivery services such as LA POSTE COLISSIMO, UPS, or FEDEX.
5. RETURNS
Chrono-Shop EIRL will refund or exchange if you receive a defective item or are not satisfied with an item under the following conditions: If an item from your order is found to be defective, please return it to the delivery address shown on your packing slip. Our promise to replace or refund does not apply to defects or damage caused by accident, negligence, or misuse. If you change your mind, you may return products to Chrono-Shop, unopened and in perfect condition, within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please contact Chrono-Shop customer service to notify them of the return, provide the reason, and indicate whether you wish to receive a refund (excluding original shipping fees) or an exchange.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Please ensure that returned items are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit. • Customs fees and taxes for returned items are non-refundable.
Except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products, where your statutory rights are not affected, customized products made according to customer specifications cannot be refunded.
6. LOST PACKAGES
Even though all packages are sent via tracked, insured, and secure delivery services, on rare occasions we experience losses during transit. If this happens, please allow ~10 days from the shipping date for the package to arrive.
7. PRIVACY
J.Olivares CHRONO-SHOP keeps all confidential information provided by the Client, or acquired during service execution, strictly private, including business activity, client base, purchases, estimates, invoices, or other data related to client billing or expertise. The duty of confidentiality continues beyond the termination date of this agreement, for an unlimited duration.
8. LIABILITY
We are committed to providing the highest possible service quality in line with our team's efforts. However, we cannot be held liable for delays in item delivery, or delays caused by our shipping partners or their international affiliates. Despite our vigilance and all precautions taken with our partners, we cannot guarantee that the website will operate without disruption.
Accordingly, we disclaim any liability for direct or indirect damage resulting from access or use of the site or any of its components, as well as any inability to access or use the site—such as outages, network overload, message distortion, deliberate hacking, or blocked access due to network operator issues that prevent timely order processing. Likewise, we are not liable for any risks linked to installing software for browsing the site or any damages resulting from transmission errors, technical failures, network overloads, or interruptions in communications.
We have taken all necessary steps to ensure secure credit card payments. However, we disclaim liability for any issues with this payment method. Specifically, you acknowledge that we are not liable for losses caused by transmission errors, identity theft, forgery, hacking, or decryption by unauthorized parties, especially if your device, internet access, or credit card lacks proper security.
You are solely responsible for any order placed that does not comply with the laws of the destination country or is prohibited there, and we accept no liability in such cases.
