This rare type of Rolex hand was dropped for the second generation of 1675 GMT to be replaced by thicker hand time.
AKA in world of collectors as a "Must", this 24H red hand was fitted on firs serial gmt master 6542 and 1st serial of 1675 (PCG and cornino)
it is coated with tritium color ( yellow tons color ) and red.
Not luminous.
fits on 6542 ( auto caliber #1036, 1065, 1066) and early 1675 ( cal auto. 1560, 1565).
