Designed and manufactured by Horolovar to quickly and accurately put your 400 day or 1000 day anniversary clock in beat,  a necessary step after replacing the suspension spring unit to enable your clock to continue running for longer than 20 minutes or so.

It can be used on any model 400 day or 1000 day clock suspension saddle, old or new.
