ORIGINAL & RARE 80's VINTAGE ROLEX EXPLORER II DATE WATCH DIAL Ref. 16570, 16550.
It is nicknamed "BLACK PEARL" by our watchmaking Chrono-Shop's team due to the fact that the minutes line counter is missing on the side of the dial, which provides a completely different and more extensive and much darker visual.

Used Glossy surrounded "black pearl" Rolex dial from Explorer II #16550 & 16570 watches.
This dial will differ from other Rolex Explorer 2 dials by the missing of lack minutes lines counter on the edges giving it a very different look, much more dive watch, it is nicknamed in our watch collectors markets the "Black Pearl".
It will give much more charm and depth in readability than a classic watch model Explorer II 16570
Cosmetical condition :
Preowned, glossy face, any hairlines marks (cf pictures please)
The black color start a beginning of mat tons.
The indexes are tritium, vanilla colors, doesn't glows in the dark.
Estimated years : ~1988-1990.
