fantastic 1949 Tudor By Rolex antique Art Deco watch, rare and unique pre-rose, reference 768 in very good condition.

Overhauled by us in November 2024.

The Tudor watch features a cream dial tending towards straw yellow, with a small seconds in position 6.

Tudor brand, non-luminous cobalt blue hour and minute hands (UV reaction). 

Stainless steel case with domed lugs.

Estimated period/year: 30-40.

Includes a superdome acrylic crystal in good condition, with a few barely perceptible surface scratches, as shown in the photos.

Domed base with stainless steel engravings, clipped on.

The Tudor watch is equipped with a Rolex Tudor 17-jewel Cal.59 mechanical movement, which has just been overhauled in November 2024 and is in very good working order.

This fantastic one-of-a-kind collector's item comes with a high-quality plasticized brown leather strap, made in Switzerland in the 1970s.

Extremely rare 1940s Rolex Tudor Pre-Rose.
